Mobile Park Owner Disclosure Act Signed by Governor

Sacramento, Calif – Today, Governor Jerry Brown signed Assembly Bill (AB) 294, known as the 2017 Mobilehome Park Owner Disclosure Act. AB 294 amends current law to require the management of a mobilehome park to disclose specific information about the mobilehome park owner within 10 business days upon the request of a homeowner.

‘Restoration Diversion Services’ named Non-Profit of the Year

$11.3 Million Approved for Compton College on the Heels of New Accreditation

SACRAMENTO, Calif --- During a late and final session of the 2017 Legislative Budget Conference Committee Thursday night, Compton Community College was approved to receive $11.3 million in one-time funding along with enrollment stabilization money to support the college’s transition into an independently accredited institution.
