(Sacramento) – Assemblymember Mike Gipson (D-Carson) joined the bipartisan majority of legislators in approving Assembly Bill 617 and its companion legislation Assembly Bill 398. The two measures will balance our economic, health and environmental concerns as California works to reach its 2030 climate targets and improve the lives of all residents.
