CARSON, Calif. --- Assemblymember Mike A. Gipson (D-Carson) today released the following statement on Governor Newsom’s first State of the State Address:
“Governor Newsom is bringing everyone along with his policies on homelessness, clean drinking water, housing, education and workforce development. Our state is moving in the right direction and I am excited to continue to work alongside the governor as we tackle all these issues in order to produce legislation to build a stronger California. He is motivated to make sure we bring everyone together and I could not agree more. Our President can learn a lot from what Newsom has articulated here today.”
