On Monday July 17, 2017, Assemblymember Mike A. Gipson voted to support AB 387 (Cap and Trade Extension) and AB 617 (Air Quality Improvement). Both bills will extend California’s Cap and Trade program that is helping California meet its ambitious greenhouse gas reduction goals. Assemblymember Mike A. Gipson also served as a joint author of AB 387 and AB 617
