Assemblymember Mike A. Gipson appears before the California Strategic Growth Council in support of a Transformative Climate Communities (TCC) grant being awarded to the Watts community for $35 million in improvements. The grant will seek to make transportation and environmental improvements, and assist with Phase 2 of the Jordan Downs Redevelopment project in Watts.
