Golden 1 Credit Union Scholarships for College (Applications accepted Oct. 15, 2012-Jan. 15, 2013)-Golden 1 is launching a college scholarship program for our members! Scholarships, ranging from $1,000 to $5,000, will be awarded to full-time students who will attend an accredited, nonprofit two- or four-year college or university in California beginning fall 2013. Eligibility requirements include:
- The student or the student’s parent/guardian has been a Golden 1 member for at least one year as of January 15, 2013.
- The student is involved in community volunteer and extracurricular activities.
- The student has a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
